The app provides a selection of over 50 multi-week programs designed to support progress toward individual fitness objectives. Examples include the 30 Day Weight Loss Kickstart, Core Crusher for core strengthening, and Peach Perfect for glute development.

Participants can engage in DAILY LIVE® classes that simulate an in-person class experience, complete with real-time coaching and a global community of fitness enthusiasts. Missed classes can be viewed later via replays, which can be customized with preferred music tracks to enhance motivation.

The extensive library of on-demand videos is consistently updated weekly, offering various options filtered by duration, intensity, fitness level, and targeted body area. This ensures a personalized and engaging workout experience that adapts to individual needs.

Workouts are grounded in scientific principles, allowing users to select routines based on length and desired results. Emphasis is placed on utilizing TRX’s portable training tools—including Suspension Training®, YBell®, and resistance systems—enabling effective sessions at home with minimal space requirements. The program features adaptable movements suitable for all fitness levels, facilitating continuous progression through diverse exercise modalities.

Membership options are available on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through the Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Memberships are set to auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle, with no fee increases upon renewal. Users can manage their subscriptions and deactivate auto-renewal through Google Play account settings following purchase. Once a membership period begins, it cannot be canceled until it concludes.
